Branson and Benitez top of bosses league, says survey
TYCOON Richard Branson and Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez are the bosses Liverpool people would most like to work for, according to a survey.
The Liverpool branch of recruitment firm Adecco Premier went out onto the streets of the city centre to find out how happy people are in their jobs and want they think about moving to a different role.
Around 58% of the 168 people asked in the survey said it was their dream to run their own business.
For those that would rather stay as an employee the choice of ideal boss proved interesting with Richard Branson coming top with 20%. Reds coach Rafa Benitez came second with 15%. But TV tycoon and Liverpool Culture Company deputy chairman polled just 6%, less than glamour model Jordan who got 7%.
The survey found that 35% of local workers feel that their social life is negatively affected by work pressure and stress.
Liverpool people also appear to be concerned about getting back into the job market with 57 % naming the job interview as their number one fear.
